      I was in today to open an account. I had an appointment with Joy. She was rude and nasty to me on how she talk to me.. I don't recommend making an appointment with joy.. the worst experience I have ever had opening an account

      After 11 years of going to this bank, and after the staff is just rude, and refuse to handle a deposit, with NO cash back. (even after they KNOW you) she even OVERRODE what the branch manager told us about a month ago. We will NEVER go back to this branch. A different branch manager said that you were being ridiculous about the entire transaction. Its really too bad, because we have developed a great relationship with the other tellers.
