  10/29/21,Update: Today, I noticed some errors about the description of this branch location at 510 N. El Dorado St., and the contributing information of some Reviews and Photos that pertain to the Chase Main Street branch once located at 400 E. Main Street in downtown Stockton, CA. 95202, and that information has been mistakenly associated with this branch location over the past 3 years. This contributing information has made this location’s description confusing. I suggested some edits, and sent my edit request to Google for their review. The edits included removing the “Drive Thru”, and the Drive Thru hours as there is not a Drive Thru here, but there are Drive Up ATMs which are open 24hrs. Also, there is no accessible elevator or restroom here. I reported some wrong photos seen here as they pertain to the other branch once downtown that did have an elevator and parking garage. I am a Google Local Guide, and I am familiar with this branch location at 510 N. El Dorado St. because I aded this branch location to Google Maps/ with description, and photos just prior to it’s opening in July 2018. Keep in mind that there are Reviews here that talk about the other branch downtown that closed years ago. Thanks. See my original Review below. This new branch has been open since July 2018. Everything you’d expect for a bank in this modern time. Easy in and easy out. 4 total ATMs: (includes an Audio-assisted ATM) inside and ATM kiosk outside drive up on the North West entrance off N. El Dorado St. Conveniently adjacent to the just-as-new Starbucks. Car charging stations are in the works.

  Drive up ATM NOT WORKING.... STILL (after several months with the same issues. How about repairing or replacing the equipment???

  I am a frequent visitor to the Chase Bank at 510 N El Dorado Street in Stockton, CA. I live in Downtown, and this branch is the closest bank to me within the vicinity. The nearest branch is nearly five miles away. I am very angry at the fact that this branch has an ATM outside that does not work, and card reader to enter the building does not work either. This makes it difficult for me as a customer to access my account and gain access into your facility to draw cash. I am thinking of choosing another institution due to the lack of care at this bank. While I understand that transients can be a problem in the area and mess things up for the rest of us I would appreciate better care and up keep of broken down equipment here.
