      Lily is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Not sure of the reason for the temporary closure, but I don't suspect it has anything to do with customer service. Excellent location!

      Yesterday my wife used the indoor ATM to deposit two checks. One of the checks was 'eaten' by the machine. Of course it was the larger one to cover my payroll. Also, the did not provide a receipt. So now, there's no check and no receipt. She went to the teller and was told that there was nothing they could do and that they would not provide a receipt. My wife being upset asked for the branch manager. She said she would handle it herself by authorizing a temporary credit for the amount of the check and file claim with Chase headquarters then call her with an update. As of today, we've received NO credit, no claim, no call - absolutely no follow up whatsoever! The associates and manager have no business operating a branch. Thankfully, there's many other branches.
