      Went right before they closed on a weekday and it didn’t get busy until right after I got there. I was immediately helped by Lucy at the teller counter and she was really sweet and patient with me checking all the details. When they did get busy, it seemed that someone made sure the customer in line knew they’ll be helped as soon as possible.

      No one in this branch cares or makes an effort to assist a client. If the system doesn't have the right number they won't give you your money with proper ID. It makes sense that this is a 2 star rated location. The branch manager can't be bothered to speak with customers either.

      One of the worst banks I’ve ever been too. Their customer service is lacking here. Both as a customer & as a merchant manager, their female employees are rude. In 5 years of doing merchant deposits, I’ve never had a tellers make the employees dropping off the deposits feel like an in inconvenience for asking for change or doing multiple deposits. I believe this is due to their either lack of staff or them just not wanting to help merchants. I love personally having chase & all other banks I’ve been to have been an amazing, helpful experience. However this bank, I recommend going to another bank. There is a chase just up the freeway with a lovely staff, as are all other Chase’s
