This location use to be one of the best ones and I had very good experiences with a couple ladies at here. However I think they both got promoted and left this location. The experience I had today was the worst ever.... I waited in line for long time and being told they could not do a wire transfer because they are all new and had no experience with that whatsoever. What a joke. If you are not ready to open why would you open? I guess the team that day was 'specialized' in helping people getting change and taking deposit. So sad. I guess I have to switch to a local bank which I should have done years ago. So bad
