      I have had personal transactions done with this location numerous times and am always greeted with helpful and eager staff. They are always so quick to answer my questions, they handle my banking with professionalism, and they are all kind caring individuals. Would highly recommend!

      Worst! The Chase Bank Branch in Enumclaw, WA! I have been a Chase Bank customer since before it became Chase, maybe 40 years, and I can tell you hands down Chase in Enumclaw hires the least competent bankers. I have been at this branch 11 years hoping things will get better, but the new hires, each time are no better. The bankers don't know what they are doing and they create more messes than they fix. We will drive to another town to do our banking. Run, Chase Bank in Enumclaw is the worst.

      I didn't hate it. I'm just not big on banks. I don't believe that a large corporation should be able to manipulate their books, create money by typing it into existence, and then charging their customers interest on the money that they created out of nothing. It's called "fractional banking." We need to make that illegal. Look it up.
