      Walked in at 4:45PM to open an account had all documents needed however they refused to help me because they close at 5:00PM and they stated it would take 30 minutes. It is my understanding that if you close at 5 you stop serving new customers at that time but you should help the customer that walked in before that.

      Used their drive up atm early this morning to deposit a large amount of cash. The machine was having trouble processing the transaction and it wasn't posted to my account. I used atm machines for over 20 years and never had a problem. I had to call the 800 number to get the credit. The credit won't be available until 11pt est! Unacceptable! I called the branch manager Paul to complain about their negligence. He didn't seem to care about having their atm machines maintained. The customer service at the Chase bank in Cary is A LOT BETTER!! I am definitely changing banks after this. This is totally unacceptable!! Beware of the Chase bank in Wauconda!
