      They need whole day to open 1 bank account. And that too not right account. Staff don’t have proper knowledge. Don’t surprise if they can make u stand atleast 2 hrs to open acct and than call u back for signing 1 document and again make u wait for couple hrs. Excellent professionals

      Times are tough here in Lake Charles. Step up to the plate Chase!! Maybe we might see an indoor, downtown ATM machine in my lifetime! You’ve lost two physical locations…spend some of your money 💰 and rebuild!!

      After Laura, the bank closed 3 branches. Until they open back up you'll be stuck either waiting 45 minutes in line at the drive through or standing in the lobby for an hour waiting. Despite long lines, the employees still move with all the speed of wet mushrooms. One the volume slows down this unit will go back to being as competent as ever.
