      Tricia at Standard Mortgage did a fantastic job during our recent transaction of selling and buying a home. The problem we have is with the person and or people in charge of the loan documents. They were screwed up in more ways than one should be allowed. Even long after the closing we are still dealing with a major challenge. And then to be told sorry we feel bad, is no conciliation. Again, Mrs. Tricia is wonderful.

      My home flooded recently and I needed Standard Mortgage to endorse my FEMA check. I called customer service for 5 days and never spoke to a person. I left multiple messages and/or stayed on hold up to an hour. No one ever answered or responded. I finally selected the new loan option and Tricia Mier answered. I told her I had an existing loan but the customer service department was not responding. She solved my problem within 30 minutes. She was polite, professional and caring. She recognized that I had flooded and needed some help. Standard Mortgage needs to promote Tricia to President and correct their terrible customer service problems.

      Tricia Mire was great to work with and kept me informed every step of the way. She knows her stuff! We did run into a snag with the underwriter right before closing and she worked hard to remedy the issue. We closed on schedule and on time with no surprises! I highly recommend working with Tricia and Standard Mortgage!
