      Horrible customer service and attention to detail. Have been a customer for many years but that will come to an end today. Made a large deposit 7 days ago and was informed money would clear and be in account in 3-4 days. Day 7...still waiting. Made plans for those funds based on that direction. Asked to speak to manager, Andres Cruz (who looked completely free) but was told “he had an urgent meeting”. What a run around. Would have given 0 stars except you have to give at least one to get this to post. Oh, and tried to save myself the drive here by calling on the phone to speak to someone....good luck with that.
