      Never make the mistake of calling chase customer service for anything. The banker at this chase bank was extremely helpful and provided me the info I needed. Their customer service hotline isn't helpful at all. If you have any issues talk to the banker directly. I went in early morning and didn't wait long to speak to anyone. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

      Chase is hands-down the worst financial institution I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with! We have banked with them for over 30 years and they have continually treated us like we are ‘less than.’ They’ve repeatedly turned us down for home and car loans. Our credit scores are over 800! When we’ve needed special services, they were rude and demeaning, often denying the services requested. I would gladly give less stars if that were an option. Be warned! Stay away from this bank!!!

      Bank is ok but the drive through is horrible. The lanes are way to tight for minivan or suv, which can cause damage from the concrete barriers. You have to very careful in and out. The experience is not very customer friendly
