      I hardly ever have to go to the bank, however I needed an actual check for my passport renewal! They were the friendliest & happiest people at a bank I have ever seen! I wish more places had such great attitudes and excellent customer service! If I ever need anything else this will be my Chase home going forward.

      The lobby hours on their entry indicate that they close at 6, and in another place on the doors the lobby hours are listed as closing at 5. So if a customer is not paying extremely close attention they will see the incorrect hours. How many businesses do you know that list both correct and incorrect hours in their front doors?
