  We did not have a good experience with the Kelso group while trying to close on our house. We went back and forth with Chris and Melissa(Missy) about paperwork and getting it moving forward. There were many mistakes along the way that could have been avoided. Even the day of closing they had made a mistake on the paperwork that we caught, and this changed our deposit by more than $2500, and changed our payment amount by $300 a month. I will not recommend this company to any of our friends.

  Everything I could have hoped for in mortgage financing, and more! Chris Kelso in his team went the extra mile to help us out of a very stressful situation. They were thorough, professional and accommodating to my unique work situation where other lenders refused to even answer my calls. They provided coaching on how to collect everything I needed to prove my reliability as a borrower, and now, thanks to them - my wife and I have our home! Chris was fast, communicative, cool and collected. But he was also very realistic and diligent at every step in vetting us and our situation. Ultimately, he set us up with a great mortgage product that wound up saving us HUNDREDS of dollars on a monthly payment over what I had seen on disclosures from another lender. Amazing experience working with Chris and his team. Highly recommend to everyone!
