      I was trying to do a cash deposit on my restricted account but was denied service because of the branch manager Abdool Shakur being one of the rudest people on the planet. He interrupted me on several occasions as I was talking, then has the audacity to call me rude when I get rightfully frustrated at him talking over me. It was already a stressful week with Chase in general and he made the experience terrible by being very rude and disrespectful to me. I apologize to any of the workers that have to work under him, it must be miserable.

      If you want to go to a bank where no one wants to work., this is the place for you. Waited 30 Min to see a banker, only to be told I have to come again another day. No respect for your time what so ever. Banker also picks and chooses who they want to see, if they know that your request will take a long time they will choose another person to help even though he or she came after you…. Pathetic…
