      I have been trying to call chase branch in Queens and every time I call there the phone automatically goes to tell me go the website. No option to call the branch is given and its very frustrating to go the branch and then find out they don't have that person today etc. chase should do better or they should not provide branch phone number if they are not going to allow customers to talk with a person in the branch.

      Several days ago I went to this Chase Branch for a transaction related to Government tax issue. The staffs helped me with all they can and finally the issue has been resolved. Thanks to great efforts from Kim Elizabeth, and the managers Simon and Rob.
