  I just wanted to say thank you to Yvette Lok for helping me today! I was having some trouble with my Southwest card and she was able to solve the problem for me. She helped me right as I stepped through the door and was very patient and empathetic as she made a few calls to get to the bottom of the problem. This was also towards the end of the day which I was even more grateful that she was able to fix everything so I wouldn’t have to come back. This was actually the third chase branch that I went to and was finally helped! Anyway, thank you again for the great customer service!

  THIS BRANCH HAS COMMITTED GROSS NEGLIGENCE WITH OUR ACCOUNTS. Someone fraudulently went inside this branch and opened a new account under my husbands name and then drained all our joint accounts. The employee responsible is Wasem Elsaleh and now we have called all day long and neither the supervisor nor the employee will pickup the phone. They accept fake documents and are reckless with your money and then do not want to take responsibility. Keep your money in a shoebox.

  Two bankers, were helping other people, and one guy waiting to be helped THATS IT, a lady walked up to me and said i would have to make an appointment, NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THE BANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
