      Do not bank here, they are clueless. The only way to talk to a real banker is calling the 1-800 number and waiting 2 hours.

      New Customer here. I opened my new account using the TX LTC ID card (lost my DL ID card) at another branch but attempted to deposit money into my account at this branch just to find out the manager is either anti-gun, isn’t aware of the state IDs in their policies or plain and simple racist toward Hispanics. How could I open my account with this state ID but the manager here refused to allow me to deposit money???? Again, either racist or anti-gun or lazy to look at their policies
