  Great team, great service. I haven’t been inside since before Covid. The branch manager remembered my daughters name and said hello to her. The teller I had was courteous and friendly. I cannot recall her name, but she’s been there for a few years. Love this branch!

  I am closing my business, checking, and savings accounts with Chase as soon as they are open tomorrow. Chase put a 10 day hold on checks deposited two days ago for why I do not know due to it being after hours. I have a company truck in the shop and tomorrow, being saturday, I am supposed to pay and pick up the truck. How am I supposed to keep my business in operation? Not to mention I tried to pull $7k out about two months ago and they literally told me that they do not have the paper currency at the time to give me the money. After causing a scene in the lobby, they gave me 7 thousand dollars in $20 dollar bills. How embarrassing for this branch. These are problems that, as a professional with bills and obligations in order to keep a business running, I don’t have the time, or patience to deal with. Incompetence is not something that I am willing to deal with regarding my money. If I am not able to withdraw and close all of my accounts all at one time, I will report this branch to the better business bureaus, and call the local paper and have them look into why a bank of this size has no issue taking your hard earned money, yet give such a hard time trying to get it. This is why people do not trust banks. Go to Old Plank Trail bank, to hell with these corporate establishments.
