      This is the third time that i have called and/or arrived to this specific location to make a deposit into my IRA and the licensed banker is NEVER available. I had been carrying this check for over a month now to deposit it into Chase and every location(Potomac, Rockville, Germantown) I have tried their licensed bankers are either out of office or never available. I might just move all my IRA’s somewhere else if this continues. Very disappointed

      This chase branch by far has given me the best experience I have had in some time. The staff and management are very accommodating, attentive and made me feel at home. Everyone was very professional but personable at the same time. Most other banks feel a bit sterile, but when you enter this new bank, it feels very homey, modern and not outdated at all. Plus I never have to wait in line and someone is always there to assist me in my needs.
