      I used to like chase bank but not so much in the last couple years and definitely not this branch in particular. Why do these places build nine teller windows when they only ever have two open at a time? There was a banker roving about the line to see if she could help someone but she couldnā€™t help anyone because she wasnā€™t at a teller window hence the line was to the door. There is a sign at each teller window blaming the coin shortage on the government. Yet Chase doesnā€™t accept a big bag of quarters for deposit. So Iā€™m thinking thatā€™s just as much as Chaseā€˜s fault as anyone elseā€™s. The parking lot is not lined so given that this is Tucson itā€™s a free-for-all there. Time for me to look for a local credit union that cares about more than just their bottom line. Chase just extracts from South Tucson while giving nothing back.
