Would give it 0 stars if I could. Opened an account online. After verifying an external account (with 2 deposits that Chase deposited!), I was locked out of the new Chase Account. Called and was told to go to the nearest location to verify my identity. I did and they told me I would need to reopen an account. But yet that deposit could still be made (so what's the problem?).. The guy rushed me and clearly had no time or interest in helping. It was time for them to go...worst experience with a bank ever!
