      I walk in to get my card activated because I did not receive an activation code in the mail. The lady asks me how she can help. I explain the situation, meanwhile she has not made eye contact with me she’s scrolling on her computer so I’m assuming she’s looking for a way to help me. She then looks up a couple seconds after I get done talking and said there is nothing she can do about it. I leave go to another United bank (downtown) and they helped me in SECONDS !! I will never go back to Bethlehem Branch , they are rude and lazy. Such a shame.
