      FANTASTIC experience. After trying four times to have an appointment at the Taylorsville branch, we finally gave up and decided to try this one. Ashley Gutierrez helped us accomplish all the things we needed to, and answered any questions we had. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We will absolutely be coming to this branch from now on. It’s worth the longer drive. Thanks Ashley!

      The tellers are nice but waiting time is extremely long. Seem understaffed. Banker/Manager always never exist, all desk empty 4 out of 5 times. Or not willing to help because busy or 'policy not allowed'.

      The teller was rude and gave bad service. Also told me they couldn't help me because they close at 5 (was 4:50 when I arrived). When I called out the fact that it wasn't 5 yet she then said "well we just don't have time today".
