  I've had Chase for going on 10 years but in the past couple of years they've made a lot of changes and I wasn't sure I was going to continue banking with them. I came to the Boca Chica location and I have to say that Daniela D. is the only reason I continue to bank with Chase, she always goes above and beyond to help and help me understand anything I have questions with. She always has a smile on her face and is extremely professional, I will continue to use Chase as long as Daniela is working there. She's also been amazing with our commercial accounts. If they lose her they will be definitely be losing a couple of personal and commercial accounts.

  Forget going to the ATM they’re ALWAYS out of order but still in service. So you’ll spend about 30 minutes in line just to find out it doesn’t even dispense or take deposits. Anyone who goes to this location, I’m positive, is fed up with their old machinery. To make matters worse they added advertisements to their ATM’s which people literally decide “hey let me click on this while there’s a line of 9 cars behind me.” LoL what a mess.

  Refuse to help with account because they had only one agent to help. I had to go the other branch for help. Awful customer service.
