      I called the branch regarding the wiring information few days back. They told me which account is free of charge to wire the fund. Half an hour later, Ms. Chen called back to see any other question or not. I was very impressed with their follow up. Again, she was so patient guiding me through the wiring process today when I had a problem. The service in wonderful!

      Hi neighbors, if you don't want to mess up your mood, choose other branches instead of this one. The personal banker names Eduardo will give you no respectful services. He will argue his mistakes with you. He will arrogantly treat you with no respect. So sorry of Chase who has this type of employee and kicks out the customers ‘ money! Good luck Chase!

      Horrible customer service, I walked In to the branch to talk to a banker so I can be able to order checks and they Said we tied up right now, you need to make an appointment, I told him the branch is almost empty and I see only 3 customers and he said we still have customers, I said ok thank you I will go to different branch, the worst experience
