Dorothy helped me refinance my home recently. There were several issues that came up throughout the process (through no fault of her own), but she handled everything patiently and competently. Most of all, she has integrity and is willing to work with you to meet your needs. She was very responsive to my many questions and always provided thorough answers. I especially appreciated how she spent the time and energy to look into and explain the pros and cons of various options. Previously worked with Dorothy on a refinance for my parents home as they went into retirement in California. This time I worked on my own refinancing in the state of Washington which Dorothy can assist with as well! I had to pull a cash out in addition to my refinancing for a lower rate. Dorothy walked me through the process along with her colleagues herself and the entire team that I communicated with are clear and concise and straight to the point explaining the process and taking the time to listen if there are any questions.
