      Excellent customer service. Suzanne, the assistant vice president of this branch, was kind and so helpful when I needed the services of a certifying officer for a specific document. She and her team accommodated my last-minute appointment request and got it figured out in under 20 minutes. Absolutely recommend this branch for any Chase banking needs.

      The employees at this branch will lie to YOU! Chase does not care about any of their clients. Their customers mean nothing to them! Most of the services you need won’t be available when you need them! Do not use chase bank! They say whatever they have to say to get your business, but do not expect them to follow thru with anything, ever! Then they’ll laugh at you when they leave you high and dry!
