      Master scammers. I have been doing my taxes for over 20 years, and have NEVER dealt with the incompetence, unprofessionalism, and exorbitant costs that we dealt with working with this company. For our tax preparation alone, we were charged $4,500 (business & personal) when we had never previously paid more than $2,000 in a year for tax preparation. As if the costs weren't outrageous enough, there were multiple mistakes with a clear lack of communication/documentation internally. We received multiple letters from the IRS, and some saying that they were going reposes our belongings! Talk about stressful. Additionally, if you call or e-mail with ANY question (no matter how small), you are billed for that time. Again, something that we had never dealt with before. The last straw came when we questioned a bill from them that was incorrect (double billed), and THEY fired us immediately via e-mail and without even a courtesy phone call to try and resolve the issue. Mind blowing. We were new to CO and trying to go with a local CPA, but needless to say, we are back with our old accountants (in CA), and they just completed our taxes (business & personal) for less than $2,000 - and without any mistakes. Be warned!
