      Mount Gilead Ohio bank is the worst Chase bank branch I have ever been too. 1st the lady one time was going to charge me to get my monthly statement, went to another Chase bank and had no issues. 2nd.. When does a BANK not take damaged currency? Oh and 3rd... They never answer their phone and I KNOW they aren't that busy.

      Worst bank in Mt Gilead. They refused to take a payment on my husband's truck loan from me because it was cash. Told me it had to be a money order or check. Absolutely unbelievable! Will never get another loan here. Since when do banks not accept cash for payments? This is the only bank that's ever given me such a hard time.
