  First time I have ever used this branch, I should have looked at the reviews first. I've been a US Bank customer for 20 years and I just opened a Chase account today. They reversed a large check that I had deposited because it was made out to my name and my wife's name. Then told me I'd get the check back in a few weeks. I've never had this problem at other branches.

  Why are your doors still closed? Businesses are open, no mandates, no restrictions. You Already have glass partitions... I've been a customer for four years, considering changing institutions.
