      I have tried multiple times in the past 2 weeks to schedule an appointment and each time the rep cancels on me with short notice, except the last time when they didn't cancel. They just let me show up without saying the branch was going to close early! God awful customer service. I have banked with Chase for over a decade but this abysmal branch is going to make me stop. They genuinely do not care about their customers.
