      Terrible Customer Service and understaffed. I wanted to make a minor change to my account. I was told no one was available and to make an appointment two days out. I found that to be unacceptable so I closed my account. No one, not even the Branch Manager asked why. It appears they don’t care.

      It is a shame that you call to make an appointment and no one answers the phone. They tell you to call back at another time. I wanted to open new accounts but I guess they don't want new business. I sure would hate to have an account here and not be able to make a business call when I needed to.
