      This branch is a joke. I have been here several times and been told that for different reasons that they are not able to handle basic bank tasks. Very disappointed. No appointments available for a week. Understaffed, but only hiring one person. They don't have the staff to answer phones says the manager, then an employee says they can't answer the phones because it's a new system that they haven't been trained on. Very frustrating.

      Staff is friendly but they take forever just to give you a simple $100. Third time going every time it’s the same. Bank is not even busy which makes it even worse!
