      Do never get home loans with Chase. Our experience was horrible and we ended up losing the deposit and losing our dream house. They never answer the phone, they always take a long time to get back to us, and when they get back it’s 2 days or more after you contact them. We had a great relationship with the bank but now we are very disappointed with their service. They said “sorry” for all that happened and never took any responsibility for what we lost.

      We were dealing with Trenton Hardison for a mortgage. Everything went great until the appraisal. They didn't get it done in an appropriate period of time. Then they tried to give us a "desktop appraisal" which was flawed and had incorrect information. We requested a new appraisal which they first rejected them offered us an appraisal adjusent. MacPherson Boan the manager promised to speed the new appraisal through. Wrong. They didn't care if their mistake delayed our closing and cost us money. Now they have ghosted us. We went with a new lender. Trenton and MacPherson are liars and don't care about the customer. Do not use Chase to get a mortgage.
