  It was a wonderful experience working with Matt at Loandepot. Matt was very professional, very clear in his explanations and educating me about the loan process. He was very responsive to both my emails and texts, really putting me at ease with obtaining the loan. He was able to close this in about 3 weeks just in time for my husbands birthday, which was our goal. I sincerely appreciate his promptness, his diligence, the teamwork, the transparency and the emotional handholding :) I recommend Matt and his team highly, and I will keep his number for future reference.

  My experience with Matt and Loan Depot was very professional. My process was effectively done and I was always informed of what was going on. When I had questions they were always answered thoroughly. The service was friendly.

  We have no words to describe the amount of work Matt was able to do for us and help us navigate the loan process. I cannot tell you how many times he was there to answer any questions for us, whether it was late in the evening or weekend. As someone working in a 9-5 job it was very convenient to work someone that was always available like Matt. In our experience he was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service skills allowing us to close in under 30 days! When Matt was referred to me by my close friend, we started to work on the preapproval process and we were not able to find a house for about 6 months, in which he still was able to check in with us and make sure we were taken care of. I can tell you that working with Matt is a pleasure and I can recommend him to family or friends as the go to person for a Mortgage. Aside from the loan business, he was also very personable and which helped us connect and work better.
