      The people working in this branch are nice. The management in this branch are extremely incompetent. Any business card they ever gave me never worked. People don’t respond to their emails. The phone numbers keep saying the this location is closed even though I’m here multiple times every week. Now I come here during business hours and the location is closed at 3pm even though on the door there is a sign that says that it’s closing at 5pm. Same thing online. There’s absolutely nothing that bothers me more than businesses that just don’t care about their clients time. Chase in general are extremely disappointing when it comes to customer service. I regret changing my banking to chase.
