      I had a horrible customer service. By Stephanie She was defiant. Rude. And very irritating in her mannerism. Her name is Stephanie And she had me wait 40 min when no one else was even there she was on a personal. All with her husband She is the worst experiance I had in customer's service I told her I was not new that all information should be in file and it was all there. She still was a typical rude and was not at all customer friendly could be she is unhappy with her job. Never in my life Have I ever experiance such rude behavior and It was a good 45 min all together , it was one thing is to find another cashing place . She was taking her time deliberately There was no other Cutomers just me . It was like she had deep.issues inside her own character . Truth is she will lower attendance there , so just to let you know it was the worst experiance ever in my life uNecessary type customer service very controlling additude . Asking personal question too. Please give her review so she can straighten up.

      The place is all right but the fee is expensive if you don't have account set up with them it's around $28 to cash my refund check that's way above normal very expensive
