Paying back check advance was entirely better customer service, ofcourse over the phone tends to help but initial set up with first employee was terrible customer service absolutely rude and cold demeanor and seemed very intent on scaring you if not coming off judgmental for you being there at all, add the intense occasional annoyed with your presence sighs and topped off with a 3rd degree criminal line of questioning to ultimately end it with a thinly veiled icy cold threat as if I had a history of stealing or not complying with the contract I’ve never failed to meet its standards ever once before. Don’t know the name of this employee but it was right after lunch break so my guess is she didn’t want to come back and if somebody did they definitely weren’t worth it because they were looked down upon.
