Where to begin? I guess I should start by saying I don’t understand the negative reviews, at all. I have been in the store about a dozen (12) times over the last couple of years. Every time I go in we are greeted by the staff in a businesslike manner, even friendly most days. Weather I make a purchase or not, they are friendly and helpful. Heck, I have even seen them provide advice on someone brining in a garage sale find, very cool. Their business policies are clearly posted. They even took the time to explain the pawn process to me, which is pretty cool and straightforward. I will continue to do business with them going forward.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had I’ve been to this store a few times and it is always the same thing everyone just sitting behind the counter and not helping customers. I try and buy firearms from this store and I can never get help. I will never come back here Again, And I strongly advise everyone to stay away!

I have been buying many things at this store for a couple years now. Very unfortunate the recent changes happening. For one, they no longer offer anywhere near fair prices for items to sell like they used to. Whats more, the gun prices have gone way out of control with a poorer selection as well. Most used guns aren't even for sale anymore and go online. Again, I've loved this place and employees for years, but in recent months it has gone downhill very quickly.
