      I have a loan out and because the employees didn’t communicate with one another I have extra fees to pay to check smart and also my bank I have talked to them on several occasions and still one communication with one another, I just talked to someone Monday the 7th about the loan and I received another call on Wednesday the 9th, and was told that nothing was entered in the computer about the conversation so my problem is that communication is terrible! If they were putting conversations in computer once off the phone then I wouldn’t have 58 bucks in extra fees to pay. Someone needs to talk to those employees about this because it’s ridiculous! Really frustrated right now!
