      They cashed a check that someone had stolen out of our mail box washed and re wrote. As far I am concerned any check cashing place that can’t catch this is bogus.

      Don't use Express Exchange, because they don't have anything from Express. The banks do not want to pay people money and they make them go every day to spend on transportation to see when the frozen money falls, this is the second time that happens to me. Mine is an emergency and they have told me that they are following up on the case and that it could take 15 to 20 days, as if we were still in the ice age. So easy that it is now to communicate with each other. IF YOU SEND MONEY, USE OTHER SHIPPING COMPANIES, DO NOT EXPRESS EXCHANGE !!
