  I love the CheckSmart in Valley Station, Kentucky! They’re so nice and helpful all the employees help you in every way they possibly can but I would have to say that Crystal is my favorite my far! She always has a smile and kind words for you no matter what the situation she explains everything and dumbs it down to where even a toddler could understand it! Thank you so much Crystal for all your help I’ll definitely be a repeat customer and be referring you to anyone who will listen!!!!

  Today I went in and asked if they could cash the check I presented. After asking about every name on the check he (Robert) says he can but would never for me. I own a business and imho professional standards were very far from being met. Still not sure what makes ‘I’ inservible. Quick statistics check tells me it’s my skin colour but it is the 21st century and I refuse to believe that.

  Worst CheckSmart ever!!!!! Don't ever do your taxes with these people. I needed an advance on my taxes so I did my taxes with them. They have no idea what they are doing, they will not help you, they screwed my taxes up and then tried hiding it for 9 days!!! I had to threaten to call the IRS before they would fix it. Then once it was fixed they took my entire state refund for the preparation fees instead of waiting to take it out of my federal like EVERYONE else does. Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had with my taxes. Angie and Robert are the worst! Make sure if you use this CheckSmart you ask all the questions because they will not tell you anything up front like they should, and then when it's too late they are like "well sorry"
