      My experience at CheckSmart was astonishing..and it is all due to Sylvia Jackson. I had been awake since 4am - working a 10 hour shift - on my last work day of the week. As soon as I completed work I drove over and waited 1.5 hours at another lending company, just to be denied. I showed up to CheckSmart around 7pm. My patience was spent, I was beyond exhausted, and I felt depressed and burnt out, but that all changed when I met Sylvia. Just observing her kindness, personality, and professionalism with other customers immediately made me feel calm, confident, and at home..which is something I have never experienced with an unknown staff member/company, especially when I'm seeking help. When it was my turn in line, Sylvia helped me out tremendously and the hour it took to process my request flew by in minutes. Sylvia made me feel as if we were already close friends. That is a customer - employee feeling that no one has ever made me feel before. I am 30 years old, and my experience with Sylvia was undoubtedly the best interaction I have EVER had with a stranger at a new unknown company for me. Sylvia was incomparably above professional, intelligent, patient, kindhearted, humble, and a great communicator. I have Sylvia's name and phone number and will be contacting her in the near future for a job opportunity. It would be an absolute honor for my company to have Sylvia as an employee. The world needs more people like Sylvia!
