  My husband and I purchased our first home about 8 months ago. We heard about Chelsea through a realtor friend of ours and decided to reach out and start discussing what buying a home entailed. Our situation was complex, and the type of loan we needed was complex as we were “buying out” a family member for a home we inherited. Chelsea spent months working with us, doing her due diligence to make sure we knew what all our options were. She truly turned a process that is typically painful, scary, and drawn out, into one that was easy, straightforward, and exciting. There were NO surprises, and in the end, we got the home of our dreams to start our life together in, for an EXCELLENT deal. Chelsea is among the best loan officers in Houston. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the mortgage process and loan options, she truly goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and that there are no surprises.   Chelsea was amazing to work with! As first time home buyers, we had so many questions and needed a lot of guidance during the loan process. She was so patient and helped me understand all of my options and what to expect the entire way- from pre approval to closing. She made sure I knew exactly what I was signing so there wouldn’t be any surprises later on. And she got us a really great rate! Chelsea was always available and super quick to respond which made me feel like I was a top priority. I had a very pleasant first home buying experience and I will always go back to Chelsea!
