      If you are interested in experiencing "knock-your-socks-off" service during a loan process Michelle Ryba is the person to go to. Michelle was truly awesome in working through a very challenging situation - she overcame technology issues, issues with my awful previous lender, changing terms and a timeline that was insane. Michelle stayed late on a Saturday to ensure I was taken care of and my loan closed that day. I have always had really great service from FSCU, but Michelle took it to a whole different level! In a time where even good customer service is hard to find, she delivered extraordinary customer service.
