  I had the pleasure of having David Shapard the owner of Cheney Mortgage take over my file and to be sincere he came in clutch for me. Mr Shapard willingness to make sure everything was on point so that way I can close on my house is beyond words he really did everything in his power to make it possible. Mr Shapard’s dedication and work ethic showed even though he’s such a busy guy he picked up the phone and got right to work and I’m greatly thankful for all his efforts and really do wish him and his company nothing but success and blessing from here on forth I greatly recommend David Shapard if you want the job done in a timely matter and at a high success David Shapard is your guy.   I worked with Cheney Mortgage recently to purchase my first home. Kesha and I quickly became best friends and worked together closely throughout the entire process. She was patient and kind with my constant questions and confusion and always made sure I had an understanding of what was needed and where we stood in the process. When we got those magical words "clear to close", I'm not sure who was more excited, she or I. Cheney Mortgage is an incredible company to work with and I'm so grateful for their assistance in helping my daughter and I get into the home we are literally in love with. Thank you David and team for a wonderful experience!
