      We were able to receive the Chenoa Fund and move into our first home in 2018 with stipulations that the grant would be forgiven if our mortgage was paid on time for 3 years. Side note is that you need to send them in a credit report in order to get this lien off of your home, it is not automatically done. This company was a pleasure to work with as you did not have to talk to any recordings and everyone I spoke to was kind and courteous. 10/10 recommend.
