      I cannot recommend Portia Noel highly enough! Incredibly organized, responsive, professional and pleasant to work with. She gave me great advice, answered all of my questions and ultimately made me very comfortable with the whole mortgage process. She was also pivotal to the deal closing and worked so well with my agents. Always a step ahead, she got things done fast, went out of her way to get me the best possible rate, and managed to save me a lot of money in the process. Absolute rock star!

      Best lender I have ever dealt with. And it's not just me, David Cox went the extra mile for myself and my dear friend who is self employed. It can be tough for self employed people to get a mortgage through traditional banks. This is not the case with Premier. They will work with you and David will not get thrown by any hiccups in the process. If I refinance or buy another property, it is David Cox who I will be calling!
