  After reading these reviews my husband and I were hesitant to even apply. But, wow were we surprised! Not only was the process smooth and painless. The customer service was outstanding. We applied on a Monday and got financed and closed on our boat by Friday. I would absolutely recommend Phil and his team to help anyone with a boat loan. We have already referred a lot of friends and will continue to do so.

  I really have no idea how my experience can be in such contrast with those before me, but black and white doesn't begin to describe it. I found Phil to be incredibly professional and just a super nice guy. Always responded to my calls and emails the same day, usually within the hour. I purchased a 2018 Cobia 277 in Naples, Florida and Phil made the transaction essentially flawless. His fee was disclosed and frankly is a fraction of what I was willing to pay, considering how easy he made this. I closed on my boat in approximately two weeks and it only took that long because of Christmas and New Years. Phil has different lending programs, if you have credit issues like some of those posters before me, higher interest rates are to be expected. If you have good credit, don't be afraid to call, you'll be blown away.

  This is the most rude, unprofessional, nasty, inconsiderate person i have ever spoken to in my life. I called to inquire about a loan for a boat we are buying from a friend. We are getting a great deal, so i had questions on how much i could get a loan for and what we should pay for a down payment. This jerk immediately started yelling at me about how i didn't read the website and i need to stop bothering him. I again decided to try to reason with him and express my concerns, he then told me that i had no clue about a boat loan and he didn't want to deal with me. Of course i have no clue, i dont own a boat and I'm not a boat loan broker. I would never deal with this company in my life, EVER! Navy fed happily gave me the loan!
