I purchased a 10k primary tradeline from this company. It never posted to my credit reports. I called them four months later and they tried to upsell me into some other tradelines. I expressed my irritation with buying something and receiving nothing and they gave me their “blessings.” I told them I didn’t want their blessings, I just wanted what I paid for and signed a contract for. They blocked my number immediately after that. Don’t do business with them. They are a shady scam company!

Sir/Ma’am, as shared with you previously, the $10k credit line was not with this company. That credit line was not attached to a purchase nor payments. 4-6 months ago and prior, that credit line was within Credit Bureau regulations. During the above timeline, the Credit Bureaus changed their regulations, which effected My Jewelers Club, Hutton Chase, Ox Publishing, AG Jewlers and many other company’s that have been in business for years with the “Pay For Tradeline” business model. What you were offered was not an upsell. It is what’s legal according to Credit Bureau regulations. Your frustration is understandable, but resolution can not be achieved with hostile communication. If you were blocked it’s definitely because of hostile or disrespectful communication. Nevertheless, we are happy to resolve your concern when convenient for you. Please contact us when convenient.
